Two Ingredient Chocolate Ice Cream

August 22, 2015 By liveruneatgrow Leave a Comment

Slide1I lost my ice cream maker. I don’t know how, and I certainly don’t know when, but what I do know is that I’ve been left to fend for myself in the field of homemade ice cream.

Slide3Honestly, it’s not a huge deal. I’ve only ever used it once. But I mean, for those inexplicable moments where you just have to have your own soft, velvety, freshly churned frozen treat — it would be nice to know where my little machine is.

Slide2That’s how this chocolate ice cream came about. And it’s only two ingredients. Plus it takes a quarter of the time to make. If you have five minutes and a high powered blender, then you can make this delicious dessert pronto.

This ice cream is:
~creamy
~chocolatey
~rich
~simply satisfying

Slide1As of right now, I eat banana ice cream every single day. For breakfast, second breakfast, elevenses… it’s my absolute favourite food.
